Definitions and Applicability

The definitions of some important terms used in this terms and conditions document are given below:

• "Platform" — The 789tk website (789tk.lat), mobile version and all services connected to it.
• "User" — Any person who has registered on the 789tk platform or is using the service.
• "Account" — The personal profile created by registering on 789tk.
• "Wallet" — The virtual balance linked to the account.
• "Bonus" — A promotional offer or complimentary credit.
• "Bet" — The act of placing a wager on a game or event.

These terms apply to all users in Bangladesh. If a user accesses the platform from another country or region, it is their own responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of that country.

Account Registration

Deposits and Withdrawals

• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).
• This means that if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you will be able to withdraw after placing a total of ৳20,000 in bets.
• The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is issued.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed alongside the offer.
• 789tk reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• VIP program members at the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers will receive weekly cashback respectively.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be cashed out after the relevant conditions have been met.
• 789tk reserves the right to change or discontinue bonus offers at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules must be followed for betting and gaming activities on 789tk:

• Once a decision on any bet or game is finalized, it cannot be changed.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, 789tk may decide to cancel or restart it.
• Ensuring a stable internet connection is the user's own responsibility; 789tk will not be liable for losses caused by connection problems.
• The results of all games are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Players should be aware of betting limits; each game or bet has a specific minimum and maximum limit.
• For sports betting, match results will be determined in accordance with the official announcement of the relevant sports authority (such as ICC, FIFA, BPL authority).
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision will be considered final, unless a clear technical error is proven.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 789tk platform and immediate action will be taken if they are detected:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to artificially meet bonus conditions.
• Match fixing, organized fraud or participation in a betting syndicate.
• Playing games using software, bots or automated tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Operating an account with a false identity or false information.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any illegal financial activity.
• Using a third-party account or payment method.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
• Harassing, threatening or disturbing other users.

Account Suspension and Closure

789tk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the user is proven to be a minor.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (inactivity criteria are defined separately).
• Upon instruction from a court or authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they may send an email to [email protected] or submit a request via live chat. It is possible to withdraw any valid winnings or balance before the account is closed, however the bonus balance will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

789tk is not responsible for the following:

• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to the user's internet connection being lost.
• If the service is interrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, etc.
• Due to delays or errors in third-party payment gateways or banking systems.
• For losses caused by the user leaving their own account information unsecured.
